Return Policy/Warranty

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in our designs, quality and protocols that when followed help people get out of pain. There is a 1 year warranty on Fiix Elbow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our Customer Success department at 833-410-0409 within 90-days of receipt of product for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Return shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:

Fiix Body accepts returns of merchandise only under the following conditions:

• You must receive a RMA number from Fiix Body and include it with the returned product.
• All parts and accessories must be returned.  If items are missing full value will not be credited, that includes gift with purchase.  The cost of the missing items will be deducted from the credit.
• All purchases must be returned within 90 days of receipt of product.
• Products must be returned undamaged in original packaging.  We highly recommend using the original packaging to ensure no damage to the product during shipping.
• Open Box and used accessories are final sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, your return will be processed within 2-5 business days and a credit will be automatically applied to your original form of payment. Please note, depending on your credit card company/payment system it may take additional 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.  This is not in our control. *90 day - policy applies once per household.
